TORONTO, March 26, 2013 /CNW/ - The Office of the Secretary issued a Notice of Hearing for a hearing to consider whether it is in the public interest to approve a settlement agreement entered into by Staff of the Commission and

Canyon Acquisitions, LLC, Canyon Acquisitions International, LLC, Brent Borland, Wayne D. Robbins, Marco Caruso, the Placencia Estates Development LLC, Copal Resort Development Group, LLC, Rendezvous Island, Ltd., The Placencia Marina, Ltd., and The Placencia Hotel and Residences Ltd.

The hearing will be held at the temporary offices of the Commission, at ASAP Reporting Services, 333 Bay Street, Suite 900, Toronto, ON, M5H 2T4  on March 28, 2013 at  3:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the hearing can be held.
