TORONTO, Feb. 12, 2013 /CNW/ - On February 11, 2013, the Commission issued a Notice of Hearing to consider a request from Northern Securities Inc., Victor Philip Alboini, Douglas Michael Chornoboy and Frederick Earl Vance for a Hearing and Review of decisions of a hearing panel of the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada dated July 23, 2012 and November 10, 2012.

The hearing will commence on Thursday, February 14, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the Hearing can be held at the temporary offices of the Commission at ASAP Reporting Services Inc., Bay Adelaide Centre, 333 Bay Street, Suite 900, Toronto, Ontario.
