TORONTO, April 11, 2013 /CNW/ - The Office of the Secretary issued an Notice of Hearing in the above noted matter for a hearing to consider whether it is in the public interest to approve the settlement agreement entered into between Staff of the Commission and Richard Bruce Moore.  The hearing will be held on April 16, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at the offices of the Commission at 20 Queen Street West, 17th Floor, Toronto, Ontario.
