TORONTO, Dec. 3 /CNW/ - The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that, pursuant to subsection 127(8) of the Act, the Temporary Order is extended against each of Richvale, Winick, Blumenfeld, Schiavone and Khan until the conclusion of the hearing on the merits in relation to Staff's Allegations; and the hearing in this matter is adjourned to February 28^th, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at which time a confidential pre-hearing conference shall take place.
