TORONTO, June 27, 2014 /CNW/ - The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that pursuant to paragraph 3 of subsection 127(1) of the Act, except for the securities to be issued on the conversion of the Convertible Loan Agreements, as defined in the Settlement Agreement, the exemptions set out in National Instrument 45-106 do not apply to CMT in Ontario until June 5, 2018.
