TORONTO, Jan. 16, 2012 /CNW/ - The Office of the Secretary issued a Notice of Hearing on January 13, 2012 setting the matter down to be heard on February 8, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. to consider whether it is in the public interest for the Commission:

(1) to extend the Temporary Order pursuant to subsections 127(7) and (8) of the Act until the conclusion of the hearing, or until such further time as considered necessary by the Commission; and
(2) to make such further orders as the Commission considers appropriate.
