TORONTO, May 29, 2013 /CNW/ - The  Commission issued an order in the above matter, which provides that pursuant to subsection 127(7) of the Act that Temporary Order is extended to June 27, 2013; the hearing to consider whether to: (i) further extend the terms of the Temporary Order; and/or (ii) make any further order as to PFAM's registration will proceed on June 26, 2013 at 10:00 a.m.; and the hearing date of May 30, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. is vacated.
