TORONTO, May 15, 2013 /CNW/ - The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that (i) the hearing on the merits in this matter shall commence on September 5, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at the offices of the Commission and shall continue on September 6, 9, 11, 12 and 13, 2013 or on such further or other dates as may be agreed to by the parties and fixed by the Office of the Secretary; and  (ii) that a further confidential pre-hearing conference be held on July 16, 2013 at 2:30 p.m.

The pre-hearing conference will be in camera.
