TORONTO, Oct. 17, 2012 /CNW/ - The Office of the Secretary issued a Notice of Hearing on October 16, 2012 setting the matter down to be heard on October 25, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. to consider whether it is in the public interest for the Commission:

(1)     to extend the Temporary Order, pursuant to subsections 127(7) and (8) of the Act,  until the final disposition of this matter or until such time as the Commission considers appropriate; and

(2)     to make such further orders as the Commission considers appropriate.
