TORONTO, May 4, 2012 /CNW/ - The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that, pursuant to subsections 127 (7) and (8) of the Act, (i) the title of the proceedings of the Temporary Order is amended to replace Medra Corp. (a.k.a. Medra Corporation) with Cabo Catoche Corp. (a.k.a. Medra Corp. and Medra Corporation); and (ii) the Temporary Order is extended as against Vincent Ciccone (a.k.a Vince Ciccone) and Cabo Catoche Corp. (a.k.a. Medra Corp. and Medra Corporation) until the conclusion of the hearing on the merits in this matter.
