TORONTO, July 12, 2013 /CNW/ - Staff of the Ontario Securities Commission filed an Amended Statement of Allegations dated July 12, 2013 with the Office of the Secretary in the above noted matter.

The Office of the Secretary issued a Notice of Hearing setting the matter down to be heard at the offices of the Commission located at 20 Queen Street West, 17^th Floor on Friday, August 16, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the hearing can be held in the above named matter.
