TORONTO, Oct. 4, 2013 /CNW/ - The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that:

1. the Merits Hearing shall commence on May 1, 2015 and continue as directed by Order of the Commission; and
2. A further confidential pre-hearing shall be held on December 11, 2013 at 11:00 a.m., or such other date as is agreed by the parties and set by the Office of the Secretary.

The pre-hearing conference will be held in camera.
