TORONTO, Aug. 3, 2012 /CNW/ - The Office of the Secretary issued a Notice of Hearing on August 1, 2012 setting the matter down to be heard on August 10, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. to consider whether it is in the public interest for the Commission:

(1) to extend the Temporary Order pursuant to subsections 127(7) and (8) of the Act

(2) to make such further orders as the Commission considers appropriate.
