TORONTO, July 25, 2012 /CNW/ - The Office of the Secretary issued an Amended Notice of Hearing on July 24, 2012 setting the matter down to be heard on August 2, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. to consider whether it is in the public interest for the Commission:

1. to extend the February 2012 Order pursuant to subsections 127(7) and 127(8) until the conclusion of the hearing or until such further time as considered necessary by the Commission; and
2. to make such further orders as the Commission considers appropriate;
