TORONTO, Feb. 6, 2012 /CNW/ - The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that (a) a further pre-hearing conference shall be held on Wednesday, March 14, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. for the purpose of confirming November 5, 2012 as the date for the commencement of the hearing on the merits, and the schedule for such hearing, currently expected to last approximately four weeks; and (b) a further pre-hearing conference shall be held on Friday, September 14, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. to address any pre-hearing issues.
