TORONTO, March 23, 2012 /CNW/ - The Office of the Secretary issued two Notices of Hearing in the above noted matter for hearings to consider whether it is in the public interest to approve the settlement agreements entered into between (1) Staff of the Commission and Joseph Caza to be held on March 26, 2012 at 11:00 a.m.; and (2) Staff of the Commission and Salim Kanji to be held on March 26, 2012 at 11:30 a.m.

The hearings will be held in Hearing Room C on the 17th floor of the Commission's offices located at 20 Queen Street West, Toronto.
