TORONTO, Oct. 24, 2013 /CNW/ - The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter pursuant to section 127 of the Act which provides that:

1. The remaining Terms and Conditions imposed by the Temporary Order, namely paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 5.1, 5.2, 11.1, 12.1 and 13, are deleted. .
2. The Temporary Order is revoked.
