TORONTO, April 9, 2013 /CNW/ - The Office of the Secretary issued a Notice of Hearing in the above noted matter for a hearing to consider whether it is in the public interest to approve the settlement agreement entered into between Staff of the Commission and Morgan Dragon Development Corp., John Cheong (aka Kim Meng Cheong) and Herman Tse. The hearing will be held on April 10, 2013 at 12:30 p.m. at the offices of the Commission located at 20 Queen Street West, 17^th Floor, Toronto, Ontario.
