TORONTO, July 10, 2013 /CNW/ - The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that (i) a confidential pre-hearing conference shall take place on January 30, 2014 at 10:00 a.m.; and (ii) the hearing on the merits in this matter shall commence on March 17, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. and shall continue on March 18, 19, 20, 21, 24, and 26, 2014 at 10:00 a.m.

The pre-hearing conference will be in camera.
