TORONTO, Jan. 20, 2012 /CNW/ - The Commission issued the following Orders in the above named matter:

1. Order pursuant to Section 127 dated January 16, 2012 which provides that the hearing is adjourned to Monday, February 27, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. or to such other date or time as set by the Office of the Secretary and agreed to by the parties; and
   
   
2. Order pursuant to Subsections 127(7) & 127(8) dated January 16, 2012 which provides that the Temporary Order as further amended is extended to Wednesday, April 11, 2012; and the hearing in this matter is adjourned to Tuesday, April 10,  2012 at 2:30 p.m. or to such other date or time as set by the Office of the Secretary and agreed to by the parties.
