TORONTO, April 4, 2013 /CNW/ - The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that the hearing of the Third Party Records Motion, which was scheduled for April 8, 2013, is vacated; and the Third Party Records Motion is adjourned to July 9, 2013, at 10:00 a.m., provided that a summons has been requested of, and issued by, the Commission and a timely motion to quash the summons has been filed with the Office of the Secretary in accordance with Rule 3 and Rule 4.7.
