TORONTO, June 20, 2012 /CNW/ - The Office of the Secretary issued an Amended Notice of Hearing for a hearing to consider whether it is in the public interest to approve a settlement agreement entered into by Staff of the Commission and Peter Beck, Swift Trade Inc. (continued as 7722656 Canada Inc.), Biremis, Corp., Opal Stone Financial Services S.A., Barka Co. Limited, Trieme Corporation and Calm Oceans L.P.

The hearing will be held on June 21, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. in Hearing Room B on the 17th floor of the Commission's offices located at 20 Queen Street West, Toronto.
