TORONTO, April 2, 2012 /CNW/ - The Commission issued an Order, which provides that the continuation of the pre-hearing conference is set down for Thursday, April 5, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. on a peremptory basis, to consider a request for an adjournment of the hearing on the merits, should Ms. Ramoutar decide to make such a request.

The pre-hearing conference will be held in camera.
