TORONTO, May 1, 2012 /CNW/ - The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that the hearing on the merits shall commence on January 23, 2013 and shall continue on January 24, 25, 30 and 31, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or on such further or other dates as may be agreed to by the parties and fixed by the Office of the Secretary; and that a status hearing shall take place on June 13, 2012 at 10:00 a.m.
