TORONTO, Sept. 16, 2013 /CNW/ - The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that (i) Staff shall serve its hearing briefs in connection with the Merits Hearing on the Respondents on or before February 3, 2014; and (ii) the pre-hearing conference in this matter be continued on October 10, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. or such other date and time as agreed to by the parties and set by the Office of the Secretary.

The pre-hearing conference will be held in camera.
