TORONTO, Sept. 14, 2012 /CNW/ - The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that (1) the hearing on the merits in this matter is adjourned to September 13, 2012, at 2:30 p.m. at which time Staff will provide written submissions on its disclosure obligations with respect to Medra and make submissions regarding how it proposed to proceed against Medra; (2) the hearing on the merits shall continue on September 14, 19, 20 and 21, 2012, each day commencing at 10:00 a.m. and (3) the hearing date of September 12, 2012, is vacated.
