TORONTO, Nov. 22 /CNW/ - The Commission issued a Temporary Order in the above named matter which provides that, pursuant to subsections 127(1) and (8) of the Act,  the Temporary Order is extended to January 27, 2011; and the hearing in this matter is adjourned to January 26, 2011 at 11:00 a.m., and that the parties will make efforts to advise the Commission by January 3, 2011 whether they are in agreement that the hearing set for January 26, 2011 be held in writing.
