TORONTO, March 4 /CNW/ - The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that (1) pursuant to subsection 127(8) of the Act that the hearing is adjourned to April 12, 2010 at 9:00 a.m.; and (2) pursuant to subsection 127(8) of the Act that the Amended Temporary Order is extended until close of business on April 13, 2010, subject to further extension by order of the Commission.
