TORONTO, Aug. 12 /CNW/ - The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that the hearing on the merits shall commence on February 14, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. and shall continue to and including March 11, 2011 (other than February 21 and 22, March 1 to 4, and March 8, 2011), and thereafter shall continue on March 28 to and including March 31, 2011, or such further or other dates as to be agreed to by the parties and fixed by the Office of the Secretary.
