TORONTO, March 30 /CNW/ - The Commission issued an order which provides that the hearing is adjourned to a pre-hearing conference to be scheduled by the Secretary's Office, and in any case with best efforts to be held no later than July 31, 2010. The purpose of the pre-hearing conference will be to discuss the status of disclosure, determine whether any motions will be required by any of the parties and to set down dates for the hearing on the merits.
