TORONTO, July 8 /CNW/ - The Commission issued an Order which provides that (1) a further pre-hearing conference will be held in this matter on Tuesday, November 16, 2010 at 10:00 am; and (2) the hearing on the merits in this matter will take place on the following dates: January 31, February 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 23, 2011, or on such further or other dates as shall be agreed by the parties and fixed by the Office of the Secretary.
