TORONTO, July 22 /CNW/ - The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that (1) pursuant to subsection 127(8) of the Act that the hearing is adjourned to August 30, 2010 at 11:00 a.m.; and (2) pursuant to subsection 127(8) of the Act that the Amended Temporary Order is extended until close of business on August 31, 2010, subject to further extension by order of the Commission;
