TORONTO, Aug. 31 /CNW/ - The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that (1) pursuant to subsection 127(8) of the Act the hearing is adjourned to October 12, 2010 at 3:30 p.m.; (2) Taylor is no longer subject to the terms of the Amended Temporary Order; and (3) pursuant to subsection 127(8) of the Act the Amended Temporary Order is extended until close of business on October 13, 2010, subject to further extension by order of the Commission.
