TORONTO, May 26 /CNW/ - Following a hearing held today, the Commission issued an Order which provides that the hearing on the merits shall commence on Monday, September 27, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. and continue each day through to Friday, October 1, 2010, or as soon thereafter as may be fixed by the Secretary to the Commission and agreed to by the parties.
