TORONTO, April 13 /CNW/ - The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that (1) pursuant to subsection 127(8) of the Act, the Temporary Order is extended as against IGI until July 22, 2010; and (2) the hearing with respect to the Notice of Hearing dated March 2, 2010 and with respect to the Temporary Order is adjourned to July 21, 2010, at 10:00 a.m. at which time a pre-hearing conference will be held.
