TORONTO, Aug. 16 /CNW/ - The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that the hearing dates scheduled for September 7, 8, 9 and 10, 2010 are vacated; and the hearing of this matter on the merits is scheduled to commence on January 10, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. and to continue on January 12, 13, 14, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 26, 27, 28, 31 and February 1, 2011, or such further or other dates as to be agreed to by the parties and fixed by the Office of the Secretary.
