TORONTO, Aug. 17 /CNW/ - The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that the hearing on the merits shall commence on Monday, February 14, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. and continue each day, except February 22, 2011, through to Tuesday, March 1, 2011, or as soon thereafter as may be fixed by the Secretary to the Commission and agreed to by the parties.
