TORONTO, June 7 /CNW/ - Following a hearing held today, the Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that (1) this matter is adjourned to a confidential pre-hearing conference to be held on July 28, 2010 at 10:00 a.m.; and (2) the hearing on the merits shall commence on March 1, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at the offices of the Commission, 20 Queen Street West, 17th floor, Toronto and continue until March 31, 2011 except for March 8, March 22 and the week of March 14, 2011.
