TORONTO, July 30 /CNW/ - The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that another confidential pre-hearing conference shall be held on a date to be fixed by the Secretary to the Commission, which date shall be approximately 120 days before the commencement on March 1, 2011 of the hearing on the merits.
