TORONTO, April 13 /CNW/ - The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that (1) pursuant to subsection 127(8) of the Act, the Temporary Cease Trade Order is extended until June 11, 2010; and (2) the hearing with respect to this matter is adjourned to June 10, 2010, at 3:00 p.m. at which time a pre-hearing conference will be held.
