TORONTO, June 15 /CNW/ - The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that (1) pursuant to subsection 127(8) of the Act, the Temporary Cease Trade Order is extended until the completion of the hearing on the merits; and (2) the hearing with respect to this matter is adjourned to June 30, 2010, at 11:00 a.m. at which time the pre-hearing conference will be continued.
