TORONTO, Nov. 23 /CNW/ - The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that (i) pursuant to subsections 127(7) and (8) of the Act, the Temporary Order is extended to January 27, 2011; (ii) the hearing in this matter is adjourned to January 26, 2011 at 12:00 p.m. or on such other date as provided by the Secretary's Office and agreed to by the parties; and (iii) the purpose of the hearing to be held on January 26, 2011 is to set dates for the hearing on the merits.
