TORONTO, April 7 /CNW/ - The Commission issued an Order which provides that (a) the Pre-Hearing Conference is adjourned to April 23, 2010 at 10:00 a.m., the purpose of the pre-hearing conference will be to discuss the status of disclosure, determine whether any motions will be required by any of the parties and to set down dates for the hearing on the merits; and (b) the Hearing Dates are hereby vacated.
