TORONTO, Oct. 27 /CNW/ - The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that (1) the hearing on the merits shall begin on Monday, April 11, 2011, and continue during the weeks of April 11 and April 18, 2011 and, if necessary, April 25, 2011; and (2) pursuant to clauses 2 and 3 of subsection 127(1) of the Securities Act and clause 3 of subsection 60(1) of the Commodity Futures Act, trading in any securities by the Axcess Automation, Axcess Fund Management, Axcess Fund, Driver, Taylor, Berkshire Management Services Inc. carrying on business as ICS, ACG and Montecassino shall cease, and any exemptions contained in Ontario securities law and Ontario commodity futures law shall not apply to them until this matter is disposed of by a hearing on the merits, and if necessary, a hearing on sanctions, or settlement, as the case may be, or until further order of the Commission.
