TORONTO, Aug. 12 /CNW/ - The Office of the Secretary issued a Notice of Hearing for a hearing to consider whether it is in the public interest to approve the settlements of the proceeding entered into between Staff and David Rutledge and 6845941 Canada Inc. carrying on business as Anesis Investments, and between Staff and Ronald Mainse. The hearing will be held on August 13, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. on the 17th floor of the Commission's offices located at 20 Queen Street West, Toronto.
