TORONTO, May 25 /CNW/ - The Commission issued an order in the above named matter which provides that (1) the Temporary Order insofar as it relates to the above-named respondents is extended to June 17, 2010 on the same terms as the Order dated March 26, 2010; and (2) a hearing in this proceeding if necessary, will take place commencing on June 16, 2010 at 2:00 p.m.
