TORONTO, July 20 /CNW/ - The Commission today approved the adoption of a new Rule 12 of the Commission's Rules of Procedure (2009) 32 OSCB 1991 which applies immediately to all proceedings to approve settlement agreements between staff of the Commission's Enforcement Branch and respondents.
