TORONTO, March 10 /CNW/ - Following a hearing held today, the Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that, pursuant to subsection 127(8) of the Act, the Temporary Order is extended to July 12, 2010 and the hearing in this matter is adjourned to July 9, 2010, at 11:30 a.m. or on such other date as provided by the Secretary's office and agreed to by the parties.
