TORONTO, July 13 /CNW/ - The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that, pursuant to subsection 127(8) of the Act, that the Temporary Order is extended to September 1, 2010 and that the hearing in this matter is adjourned to September 1, 2010, at 1:00 p.m. or on such other date as provided by the Secretary's Office and agreed to by the parties.
