TORONTO, Oct. 15 /CNW/ - The Commission issued an Order in the above named matter which provides that (1) the hearing on the merits with respect to this matter shall commence on April 4, 2011 at 10 a.m. and shall continue on April 6, 7, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 18 and 20, 2011, or such further or other dates as shall be agreed to by the parties and fixed by the Office of the Secretary; and (2) the motion brought by Schwartz is to be heard on November 26, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at the offices of the Commission, 20 Queen Street West, 17^th floor, Toronto.
